Rastaban

Situated in the system of a powerful blue main sequence star, Rastaban is a harsh world with an extreme axial tilt resulting in wildly fluctuating seasons and extreme weather. Legend holds that the world was not always this way and powerful artifacts from a time before may still be found in the deep places of the world. Knowledge of such things is closely guarded and often forbidden, yet the thirst for power and riches drive many a hungry adventurer to risk it all in their pursuit.   Centered around the great city of Sitrobant, the peoples and races of Rastaban share a single heritage and no knowledge of the time before. Home of the only known artifact from the time before, Sitrobant has become a focus of religious fervor, ruled by Theocracy. Far out across the land, the peoples spread, seeking to create their own home, often generating conflict, some of which extending for generations.   From the lush fields of Sitrobant, to the cold desert of the Adibian Khanate, and the deep mountains of the Dragon God Dedrachmer, astounding beauty and perilous danger exist around Rastaban.
