The Festival of the Fallen Leaves
On the beginning day of the festival the streets will be full of people, children and adults running around, singing and being merry and happy. The floor covered in fine streamer cloths and small flower petals as the people run over and by them. The smell of freshly baked goods is the first thing to hit your nose as you step into the town proper. Looking out you can see small stalls set up for different games of skill. One appears to be a bag tossing challenge, landing a large sack of grain in a basket. Another small game currently hosts kids, tossing a ball at a few empty milk jugs. Towards the back of the festivities there is a long table set up, with the words “PIE CONTEST” sprawled across the front, a small tent with the words “FORTUNE” shimmering outside it stands next to the table. There are vendors that walk about selling everything from mugs of ale to baked goods to some freshly made candy, toffee and hard candies mainly. There is a large stage towards the side of the festivities where a small band of Gnomes are currently playing through some folk songs and getting others to sing along.
