Distances

Paw: Approx 7 cm.
Tail: Approx 30 cm.
Leap: Approx 3 m.
Shore: The distance between the shores of the river. Approximately 15 meters.
Longer distances are measured in the time it takes for a trotting wolf to make them.  

Weight

A basket of [...]: Depends on what you use. It's equivalent to a basked filled with fish, rocks, fruit...
Stone: Basic measurement system. Approximately 20 gr.
Tree: Abstract. Something that needs several men to be lifted.
Mountain: Abstract. Something that can't be moved no matter the effort.
 

Time

Heartbeat: Approx 1 second.
Howl: Approx 20 seconds.
Finger: The time it takes for the sun to lower a finger.
Hours: Abstract. Used to express a long time inside the same day.
Day: From the sun rising to the next sun rising.
Month: 28 days, a lunar cycle.
Season: Approx three months.
Year: Four seasons.

_ is a bit more standard. Every finger is different, but the vertical way is too variable
