Essentially it is similar to earth, but kinda less... logical. Governments are beginning their democratic states, new ideas are being implemented in order to bring equality to all people, and the end of a third international war has brought an era of peace.   A 'magic' existing since before the first civilizations is being used in new and innovative ways. Scientists have began studying the origin of this ability, and are using it for cures and improvements around the world. Technology has advanced, flying machines and autos are being used widely, telephones and radios have become more popular. It would seem like a utopia to anyone reading this intro.   But it's not. It's a crazy wack place. My story focuses on the:  

Paradasian Special Missions Unit (Or SMU, pronounced SMOO). Paradasia is a wannabe utopia which utilizes its magic forces in smarty-pants ways. The SMU meddles in other countries affairs and has a lot of fun. There are 9 SMU members, ages 20 - 45.

Y. Kaspyr, leader of communist Ristlund, and his government pals. He used his position in the CIA to establish Ristlund, a land-hungry union taking up 1/4 of the entire world. It was founded on the idea of a better life for its citizens, and the policies of one chaotic guy.

The Fezzanic Empire, and the sibling heirs to the throne. One wants her parents dead so she can take power, and one wants out of this whole thing, preferring to work obsessively on a project of his, involving the cure for a disease that may wipe out 15% of Fez's population. One is Rad, one is Sad, both are very, very Bad.

How do these all connect? I think that they become friends through government meetings. Or they can be separate novels in the same world. Buy theye all frens. More or less, frens.
