History
Founded 21 years ago by the three wise dudes these three heroes were formerly celebrities in the pre-fall world two of them actors one a extreme sports star. Together they Were able to push back the contingent of "La Cartel Imperiale" Or the cartel empire. Freeing the people there who were enslaved by the cartel when the shogunate and Compton armies came to help the three heroes it was already too late the cartel routed and the Day was theirs as such the people who were freed looked up to the three and asked them to lead them. The shogunate and Angels worked out a deal with the Surfers and from there. They grew as a respectable clan under the shogunate's dominion providing Resources to the shigunate and it's allies.
Demography and Population
Like the Pre-fall Venice it is a mix of ethnicities but the clan is less than 500 people small compared to the huge, thousands strong, Tribes.

They have a massive warehouse turned into Aquaponics greenhouse where they grow their products and produce. along with raising fish to make the sushi they trade with the Shogunate in exchange for their protection. In exchange for firearms and ammo They trade marijuana with the Compton angels.
