Saps

The Saps are known to be mostly peacefully calm scholars, although there are some infamous exemptions including Manfrey Tinderstauf.It is generally a bad idea to cut down a Sap's Heart tree or damage it by accident, this is because of the threat of Woodwrath which can drive them as a berserker rage which can be as intense as a Demon's or extreme grief stricken revenge by fellow grove members upon the instigator. Sometimes families don't stay in the same grove, but Saps consider it bad form for domestic abuse to occur in a relationship, if only most were as enlightened upon that matter.
Some think that the Treants are either the Sap's ancestors or something else. But they all have a crippling fear of fire, so please don't make fire based puns around them. Lu Scolorian , with his titles the Hundred Minds, the Wise and the Philosopher is the patron Scribe-God of the Saps, who sealed away the fearsome Greater Titan Hundred Azirech away in the Glade of Lu , invented the Blackwagons for the Exiles of the Downside and founded the bloomflower marked triumvirate The Chastity, meant to watch over the cycle and represent the Virtues of Integrity and Modesty.
No one is really sure what kind of Purviews or Callings a supposed Scion of Lu would have, even the Sap's best scholars. The Callings would probably be Sage, Leader, Judge and Creator. Forge,Artistry, Fertility and Star might be the chosen Purviews, but it's hard to tell.
