Grit Impulse magic
The Quillslingers all raised an eyebrow at the third crypt, which was haphazardly covered in various assorted knick knacks from the Downside picked up by the other Scribes, or given up by the former Dissident's themselves as a tribute to their founder Ha'ub the Swallow himself the Imp who had saved The Last Emperor's life in the Downside. Limorel tried to search around the pillars, but couldn't find anything for the riddle, as it was too high up to reach. "Wood blast it, I can't even find this riddle. Too high up." Jaarfall spoke up , upon realising her distress."Right then, I'll have a gander at it Sappy."
Upon looking at the riddle he shouted out to the others. "What helps you get up as a warning in the morning and night, helps you survive through a fight? My fellow Dissidents , outlasted as they are can make use of this? What am I?"
The look of annoyance was plain on Arborwrist's face and she muttered. "Oh forget about it . Smit?"
Suddenly several Imps arrived ,painted in Dissident colours with small spears flew into the room from a portal created from the the misspelling and squeaked "Nice try intruders, but we're not letting you pass until you solve this riddle. The earlier two were easy, but some of the Scribes have trickier puzzles for you! Now what rhymes with it?"
Squire Flood answered "Mayhaps it is Grit or courage?" Suddenly the maw symbol of the Dissidents lit up with a toothy grin and the chief Imp sighed. "Alright, you lot can pass. The next puzzle is harder than this one though." So the Quillslingers quickly left the third crypt and headed to the next one.
Teem'o chittered in confusion, and apparently the same purple skinned guy had just turned up outside the Essence territory. But it was obvious from the bruises on Pamela's arms that she had misspelled a Grit spell, or maybe it was their reader.
