Qeltar

Built on the ashes of ages past, Qeltar is a reverse spheroid, magical planet home to many races of humanoid and advanced civilizations at the epicenter of the planes of existence. The world is mysterious parallel to our reality, in which the power of stories restructures reality itself, and the world is constantly changing as history progresses. A project to mash industrial revolution history with high fantasy, Qeltar exists in an age of privatized arcane powers, monster hunters armed with repeating firearms, and a globalized world in an age of imperialism, exploration, and exploitation. The traditional D&D multiplanes and principles of magic still apply, though with some modification, and all in service of player-centric, epic, optimistic adventure stories.
