Orcs of Shyneria Ruins

Overlord Scartol leads the nation of Orcs that inhabit the Ruins of Shyneria. They make raids on Morvax often to get slaves. Mayor Portus has sent a plea to heroes to help rid them of this plague. Orcs have made a brittle alliance with Kurtulmak where the Ancient Silver Dragon doesn’t wipe them out and in exchange they deliver slaves to work in the mines of the Underdark
