Rule Variant: Sides Initiative
We will be using the Sides variant of Initiative. All sides will roll a d20 for Initiative. This roll is unmodified and will determine Initiative order. Each side acts in any order, or even simultaneously. Once everyone on a side has gone, Initiative moves to the next side.
*It is noted that this rule devalues certain feats and class features. As a remedy, any Initiative modifying class abilities or feats will instead grant advantage on the Initiative roll.
