Proteus-B Galaxy

Proteus-B galaxy is a technology advanced place that host dozens of intelligent alien species. Although most planets contribute to the bettering of one another there are plenty of issues within its borders.   Each Solar system is considered the sovereign space of the species that originated there. However, there are many solar systems that do not have a habitable planet. These systems are either claimed by another species as a settled system, or classified as outlaw space. Not everyone who travels in outlaw space is an outlaw; there are those that dwell in that take advantage of there being no ruling authority.   For those who care to venture out into the galaxy as a whole, there is no lack of exploration and adventure to be had. Even for those who wish to stay on their home world there is plenty of fun an adventure to be found. Many inhabited planets have their own issues that can contribute to the galactic turmoil that exists.
