The World of Immortals is a fantasy world set on a flat plane within a vast multiverse of possible existences.   "The Planar World", as it is known to its inhabitants, is one of a few invaded by the gods in the past, leading to the formation of a substance called soulstone as the god's blood crystallized.   This substance led to great technological innovations, as the soul of the god remained within and became natureless energy, able to be transferred and converted between energy of all sorts.   In the modern day, war is fought with rifles powered by this substance, vehicles are driven, and homes are powered in the same way. Now, a great war looms on the horizon, the harbingers of which are rapidly expanding and threatening their neighbors.
