Although he lived longer than most of the world, he really has limited lifespan. He claimed that he used his MANA expanding it to make sure he can succeed such ideal paradise.
By his secret, a conspiracy theory rumours around him, criticizing that he might be a Black Magic user, which is a taboo in most of the world.
Another theory is that instead of magic, he's secretly developing a biogenetic weapon to manipulate all citizens mind to get rid of greed and envy in an instant, to be just like him as his ideal citizens.
