Project ABYSS

Project ABYSS is a world where reality ebbs and flows against the tides of infinity, two opposites clashing forever and ever. This core conflict sets the stage for the universe, challenging powers that be, nations, faiths and peoples being pit against one another. The protagonists and antagonists in a story who are ever-changing, never set in stone, for even the strongest stones falter against the seas' attacks.

The islands of reality hold the bastions of mortal-kind which take up many forms, contrasting with the limitless indefinite creatures and powers of Surrealista, the infinite seas beyond. Therein lies the Divinites, those that play the great games that decide the fate of their imaginary kingdoms and slices of heaven, all the way down to the mortals that often worship or ally with such powers.

  But beyond all this lies the Exiles, those mortals whose existences are tied to the Arts and the Realities so intrinsically, they cross a line between Man and God. Whether belonging to the Wyrd, Arcana or other Arts, they defy all Reasons to make their own as many other men have forgotten and the divine is incapable of.
