Prisma Earth

After prisms of light fell from the sky, many humans on Earth gained supernatural abilities. Wars were fought on a different scale than in the past, and unordinary human lifestyles became the norm. Several humans were gifted these abilities, while others remained as they were. The gifted ones are now classified as Prisma Humans, while the ordinary are called Parallel Humans. These two types of humans live in harmony today, but there are still others who seek to tamper with contemporary peace.   That is why the Prismatic Affairs Officers exist.
