Blackwater Union

Overview

Blackwater Union is a mercenary organization made up of a collection of gangs and thugs. In addition to mercenary work they have decided to act as City Watch in the districts where Nosticar aren't present.

Organizational Structure

• Union Boss - Leader of the whole organization
  • Gang Boss - Leader of individual gang within the union
    • Enforcers - Muscle of the org., and the ones patrolling streets
    • Mercs - Sell swords, whether for a specific task or private security

Joining the Union

To join one needs to have skills worth selling and an in with a Gang boss. Blackwater Union tests the strength of potential members with an initiation. Their "initiation" often ends in the death of the initiate.
