Count Reimfred of Rork

Count Reimfred is one of the most known members of Lleiran nobility of late eighth and early ninth centuries AE. Initially just one of the many lords in the realm, he was chosen as a guardian for the heir to the throne of Lleira and continued to serve as such even after the Jaymond's coronation due to the death of his father, King Dain II.
For the rest of his life, Count Reimfred remained a loyal vassal and advisor to his new king, often leading the royal armies on the battlefield. Many dirty deeds attributed to Jaymond the Wise were rumoured to be carried through by his former guardian. The count was also granted many new lands for his service, lands that would later entitle Count Reimfred to call himself Duke.
