The Flute of the Silver Wind

Its said that long ago there was a girl with a silver flute that when played would bring great sadness on to those who heard its song, their spirits would fall under her sway and she could get all she wished for.
She started out using it for little things but as she grow older the wishes she harbored grow and grow, and yet she was not happy, all she felt was emptiness until one day

version 1. she decided to hide the flute so she could live a normal life, but as it would happen a young man move to her village, he was a amazing hunter and brought many things with him, she fell in love and tried to suit him but her sister caught his eye instead. she went to find the flute in a furious rage and was carried away by the winds.
version 2. a young hunter came to the town and before he could even speak she fell madly in love, the flute fueling her passions. she started to play a song to control him but soon she discovered that it did not work on the might hunter for his ears had been hurt by the roar of one of the great beasts he had hunted. sadness filled her and she snapped the silver flute returning the wills of the villagers to them selves, in their anger they almost killed her but her tears stayed their blades, the hunter she had fallen for saw her now no longer half effected by the music which was reversing the effect, and fell in love with her.

The silver flute is thought to be a real relic of the past age before the hunters came to the sandlands.
