High Valgurism

High Valgurism is a denomination of one of the branches of Valgurism, it defines specific traditions in Valgurian churches. This branch uses the term “high” to express their belief of holding the true, accurate and most devote belief, the one that is on top; maintaining an unbroken connection to the faith, doctrine and practices of the ancient Valgurian church. It is sometimes referred to as Orthodox Valgurism.
It differs from Lower Valgurism in that it does not change its way in relation to the evolution that Valgurism has proceeded. Lower Valgurism is a form of the religion where it is acknowledged that the Goddess has another side of herself which has the designation of Zephne.

Mythology & Lore

This zephnian concept is to explain the existence of opposite concepts, such as that of a beginning and an end, or of life and death. And seek justification in their existence for the necessity of retaining the balance. This assumption is also recognised in a different branch, even if in a different manner, which is called Zephnism. The orthodoxy does not recognise this figure as part of the Goddess. In the old doctrine Zephne is simply seen as being one of the Harbingers, particularly that of Destruction, in which the Goddess relies this same power upon and invokes only in extreme measures. According to the orthodoxy, the Creator does not possess the power to destroy or to end within herself, nor does she willingly intend to have the “concept of an end” applied in practice, i.e. she does never wish to undo anything. These opposite concepts are but a cycle that is generated through the will of the different Harbingers simply performing their work upon the world. Solely being themselves and using the characteristics and specific liberties and roles that were given to them by the Mother of all.
