The County of Velia is a state based around the city of Velia, located at the top North of the Hatartan Pensinsula. Being originated upon the city of which the nation’s has taken its name from, the capital is the city itself, Velia, being the second largest city of the entire nation, losing only to its closest rivalling city, that is considered by many to be the "one true capital” and accepted by most as the “second capital”, Kiara.
