Praemetora + Human Realms

A fantasy realm in which the world is split into two, distinct realms divided by a wall of ancient magic. In Praemetora, exist the Fae. Creatures of longevity and magic who live within two distinct courts. The Seelie and Unseelie. In these courts are smaller courts ruled by ancient families that govern their sectors of their world. While the two Major courts have held tenuous peace over the last several hundred years, a silent war exists between the Fae and Humans, who have established a league of hunters to hunt those who enter their world to extinction.   Commonly regarded as the benevolent court, the Seelie court is a bright realm filled with tricksters and liars dressed in flowers. While it is commonly believed that the Unseelie are monsters, they argue that at least they'll admit to being monsters. Seelie Fae are devious, often stealing humans from across the border for sport and blaming the Unseelie.   The Unseelie, on the other hand, are colder creatures. Regarded as low in emotional range, these Fae exist in the darker half of the world but live vibrant lives. Often the Unseelie practice rather barbaric sports, such as the Wild Hunt led by the Winter Court. These colder creatures are calculating, thoughtful, and often resemble the most common horror stories in the human realms.   In Praemetora however, is something most of the world is unaware of. A plague is sweeping over magic, limiting its usage and making members of the world sick with it. Held together by magic as the threads, if there is no solution to the plague, Praemetora could unravel and send magic into chaos.
