Graduating from the Riselle Academy for Magical Girls in 432, Isabelle wasn't sure what to do with her life. She traveled through Tiveley and visited Emswort and Darter, but found that in all her travels, she missed home.
Returning to Fullent, Isabelle found a tavern and worked as a waitress for a couple of years. While it started as a way to make ends meet, she found that she loved working with people and seeing regular customers week after week.
However, Isabelle hated working for someone else, always having to work on their schedule and follow their rules. After working as an employee from 436 through 438, her mother passed away and left her enough money that she was able to buy her own cafe.
She hired Ruta Castles to do the cooking, and eventually split the business with the other girl, enjoying the freedom to work the front room and leave the cooking concerns to someone else.
