Guines Edict: List of Acceptable Magical Spells

The Guines Edict allowed for a list of acceptable magical spells. This list expanded on the original list created in 95 and maintained since, after the original (and secret) Treatise on the Limitations of Magic.
Any magic not on this list had to be performed by a licensed magician. That list changed over time, with highlights listed here (including dates added and removed):
