Captain Harpe
The captain of The King's Guard during the time of the Unearthed Era. King Lonell Emswort hired Captain Harpe due to fears of being usurped, but the captain himself ended up causing the uprising that the king had feared. To become king himself, the captain plotted to remove most of the people in line for the throne, expecting to marry Eima Hartiss once she was old enough to become the queen, and claim the kingship through her.
Eima and Dalin Gliss, by learning magic, were able to help the king and prevent the captain from overthrowing him.
