Credell Empire

Formed of all aquatic races in pondera, with various zones dedicated to each race. Those who are aware of the water folk are also aware of their trade capital to the south of Samalat . The empire of Credell borders every single country so far.

Structure

Each society of aquatic race has a king brought together by their races own needs or desires. From those kings, one is elected to be the emperor, so long as the race is different from what was originally chosen. From there, each race chooses its territory, and may even war with each other, so long as the natural order is not broken.
