two binary planets, orbiting around eachother. Not near enough for living Creatures and bacteria to ber transfered naturally between the planets, but near enough for that the dominant species of each planet is strongly infuenced by the other planet, and eventually, its inhabbitants.   The planets are highly balanced around eachother and the strong gravitational forces creates one giant Ocean near the twin planet on them both.   As life forms on the different planets seperately, one planet evolves before the other planet. Religion is created on each planet, higly centered around the opposite dominat body in the sky. Upon the invention of the telescope one race observes the other race in a stone-age era. Communication between the species soon becomes a reality and in this cross Cultural world, racism/speceism becomes a norm.     In the far distant future, an interplanitairy bridge Connects the two planets and becomes the first Space elevator and reduces the cost of transport between the two planets.
