Tuatha Dé

The Tuatha Dé, also known as Homo Ludens, are a species of post-scarcity high technology humanoids. Their culture, history, and artifacts have largely been lost to the tales of time. Near total extinction as a result of a galactic civil war have driven the remaining members of the species to flee their home galaxy.
In the past several ages, their notable efforts have been the creation of various forms of sapient life, most notably their most closely related creation of Humanity.They are thusly widely revered by humanity in large part that common technology utilized is sufficiently advanced to be beyond even modest comprehension and thus magic.
