Pillowlandia of Terra

A realm of gargantuan size, infighting government officials, the pressures of an overpopulated homeland, the death and resurrection of 'gods', adversaries and allied nation-states.   From the sweeping plains of North Cenaesia, and the vast metropolises of great empires which sprawl across the continent's surface, to the low lands of South Cenaesia, and the minor republics which comprise it the planet of Terra is as ancient as it is immensely populated. Foreign adversaries upon the shores of Elysia. Shattered foes upon the southwestern lands, and crude imperialists to the north and east. Amongst the rabble of humanity, a singular light shines upon the hill: Pillowlandia, pious and promiscuous, honorable and plotting, ancient and newborn, affluent and disparaged, unassailable and brittle.   The Great Game is afoot, neverending and ever greater in its demands. The game plays out between the presidents and kings, bourgeoisie and proletariat, Gods and mortal. Realms where science draws ever closer to little more than magic, and the dark history of man comes ever closer to the surface. All the while, the colonies upon Nova Terra, one hundred and fifty million miles away, struggle to stem the tide of settlers seeking new life and opportunities out of the slums of overcrowded megacities.   In the background of honorable men and states, the shadows of church and intrigue meet at the intersection of Gods and Kings. All seek answers, and few possess such.
