Phantom Figures

It'd be the worst luck to be a human here. Why exactly? Because humans are nothing. Nothing but clothes for ghosts to wear. They buy them at stores. Sell them in mass. Do away with them once they're out of style or old. The logic that applied to clothes for centuries applies to humans now as well.   This new society has been built upon the notion that the human race is the most valuable resource in the world and that they are the key to a prospering future. Ghosts have lived in the slums between heaven and hell for some time now, dredging through their existences that would never end. Now they have an outlet to live and experience the land of the living for as long as they'd like, however this doesn't include sharing the world with humans.   With that ghosts took over the land of the living and claimed it as their own. They fought back, but in the end humans went from being the pinnacle of human evolution to cattle for ghosts. Cattle bred and raised only for the sole purpose of being worn by ghosts, effectively eradicating the human soul effectively for the past 4 decades. Humans not yet captivated are abused regularly and killed in mass. Ghosts themselves have a supernatural affinity to violence and take it out on any and all things except each other.   This new ghost society is looking like it won't slow down its violent nature anytime soon and will one day take away the free will of humans everywhere. However, this society is still rather young. and young societies are unstable and impressionable, ready to fall apart at a single push in the wrong direction. For Merde des Fantomes, he's more than willing to raise all hell if it means bringing back the society mankind previously established.
