Gadah Laksin
The Northern portion of the Gadah Atsakai takes the name of Gadah Laksin (The icy fields).
It is difficult to define its borders, as the prairy gradually transform in cold steppes and then Icy desert at the feet of the Danu's crown, but it covers roughly one fourth of the total extension of the Gadah Atsakai.
The climate of the region is cold and dry, with only specialized life forms capable of living in it at the higher latitudes, in particular creatures that can travel long distances in short time to look for food in a habitat that has very scarce resources.

No reptile or amphibians can survive this climate, with the exception of the fire salamander that lives underground close to gaysers wells.
