A bustling trade city located on crossroads. The city is run by the Otoran Commerce Collective, which manages the businesses that largely make up the economy of Mirth and the merchants coming in and out of the city.

Government
A council, made up of members of the Otoran Commerce Collective approved by the governor, acts as the government of Mirth.
Defences
Mirth is protected by a wall and a large group of soldiers who also act as law enforcement.
Industry & Trade
Anyone who wishes to trade in Mirth must pay a fee. The amount varies depending on whether you are a buyer or seller.
Permanent residents typically run taverns and inns for the many travelers who come through the city.
Infrastructure
Being that it is the crossroads of two main trade routes, Mirth is built around the trade industry. It has a large market with an ever changing inventory. Since there are many travelers passing through the city, inns and taverns are common.
