Tenets of Faith
HonestyIt is vital to tell the truth, free from deception or intent of deception. It is far more generous to be honest, even when the truth is painful, than it is to intentionally deceive another for one's own comfort or convenience. It is bravery to speak the truth even when it is difficult or frightening to do so.
TrustTrust in both the gods and the people that one chooses to put faith into. Putting trust in the right places means you will not be let down, as long as you practice loyalty and good faith. General reliance and dependence on friends and family is inherently good, and not a weakness.
CuriosityExploration and learning leads to a better understanding of the world that surrounds us, and a better understanding of the gods above us. One should always seek to expand their knowledge and feed their hungry curiosity. Curiosity helps one find purpose, and gives a life meaning.
LeadershipLead your fellows, do not merely follow. Model good behavior so that others may live fulfilling lives, and teach what you know so that others may learn. There is strength and honor in leadership, and it is the best way to be like the gods themselves.
Personal growthThere is a purpose for everybody, it is only a matter of finding one's own and living it out. Evolution is the natural course of nature, and self-improvement stems from self-discovery and knowledge of oneself.
