Gnomes (Pending changes)

Born of magic and cursed with madness, there is no race that better suits the label of “mad genius” than these strange fae folk. They are almost overwhelmingly magical, though some do not appear to be as gifted or gifted at all; gnomes are the only race that do not shun impotence. They have a talent for invention, though are more tinker-based than dwarves. Gnomes are also the masters and inventors of alchemy, and the highest level and quality potions, poisons, and bombs can only be found in their markets or upon request to them. Beyond this, they thrive on the colorful and lively, and are known to dye almost anything they can get their hands on, from hair to skin to clothing and beyond. Their natural skin and hair tones are typically in the range of browns at birth, though paler or wilder colorations are not uncommon. Heredity is completely disregarded in their genetics, as it is all but impossible for a gnome to have any resemblance to his or her parents at all. Members of this race can live to approximately a hundred years of age, though it is far more common for them to live into their seventies or eighties.
