The Garden Cafe

This quaint little cafe rests on the rooftop of a three story building just on the lower outskirts of the Eastern Market in Urthspyre.
While it doesn't get as much patrons as the average tavern, or eatery, it's known for its isolated nature, as it overlooks the market. It is frequented by those who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the day, and is open to guests 24/7.
The staff mostly consists of friendly Tabaxi, who've drifted away from their clans traditions, in pursuit of work, though the garden for them makes it more of a pleasantry.
During the night, the rooftop is filled with spherical paper lanterns designed to illuminate dimly illuminate the garden, but not draw too much of a distraction to the surrounding buildings.
