Milo is a conspiracy theorist with a mediocre following. He focuses primarily on the Outskirts but dabbles in other things as well. He is not really taken seriously by the general public.
Milo Tio died when he along with several others tried to enter the Outskirts through the OS Gateway on Impact Day 2092.
