Eastview

Eastview is by far the most unique and smallest district on the islands. It houses only a few ten thousand people and the architecture is quite different. You won't find any skyscrapers here. Instead you will find big mansions, huge gardens, gated communities and large tree lined streets with low amounts of traffic.
Eastview overlooks the ocean to the east of the island and the most expensive houses even sees over the wall in to the Outskirts . 
Buying a house here, any house is a massive cost. Do even begun to consider it you would have to be a multi billionare. This is the most dense population of trillionaries in the world.
To even enter the area you need special permission. The entire district is walled off and if you are not a resident you need a really good reason to enter it. 
It is not uncommon to see graffiti and hateful text on the walls to eastview, a lot of people find the area disgusting and want the space leveled and built up with more conventional housing.
