Maricel (Mari) (a.k.a. Rattler)

Maricel is the chosen champion of The Reptile That Slithers, given the powers of the rattlesnake. She is referred to as Rattler in costume.

General Physical Condition

Maricel is tall and thin, allowing her to make the most of her snake flexibility when sneaking around.

Special abilities

Maricel can summon the flexible bones, scales and tongue and fangs of a rattlesnake and can replicate the rattling sound rather well.

Maricel was part of the fourth wave of Champions, showing significant stealth abilities despite the brighter colours of her uniform and loud personality.

Her best friend among the champions is Rotti and she often patrols with him as well as spending civilian time with him. Both of them bug Selina and are under Cain's wing. They primarly patrol with Cain, Sam, Ozzy and Amber but spend most of their free time with each or Selina.
