AnatomyGiants, aside from being over twice the height of modern humans have many anatomical differences. They have a more robust body shape, with thicker bones, stronger joints, larger hands and feet, a wider, barrel shaped chest and wider shoulders. They also have more body hair, thick, wide fingers, and greater muscle mass. If a giant was scaled down to the same height as a modern human, it would still be much stronger than the human due to these anatomic differences. The faces of giant are also different, with a much larger brow ridge, sloped foreheads, smaller eyes, stronger jaws, a more elongated back skull, and larger and wider noses.
BrainsGiant have the same intelligence as modern humans, although they tend to think in similar ways. Giants prefer to live in smaller groups and are far less social, and in general tend to be much less emotional than modern humans, and can often get annoyed by modern human's loudness and stronger emotional reactions.
Differences between giant and modern human childrenGiant babies, unlike modern human babies are born knowing how to stand and walk, and unlike modern human babies they don't cry or get over-emotional as easily. Some other differences consist of their many anatomical differences and size differences already listed, as well as forming a stronger skull earlier on and mentally maturing much faster than modern humans.

Giant tribes/kingdomsGiant's can be divided into three groups, the mountain giants, who have agriculture, larger populations and permanent settlements, the mammoth giants, who live nomadic lives following and hunting great herds of arctic mammoths, and the sea giants, who live on the ocean and hunt large ocean animals.
NamingGiants have a first name which is just a name and what they usually go by, and then they have their title, a second part of the name which is based off of their accomplishments, profession, and skills.
ArchitectureGiant architecture is primarily made out of stone, bone, and fur. Coastal giants mostly make their houses out of the bones of massive sea creatures such as dire whales or emperor whales, and cover it in furs. The foundation of these houses is often made out large stone slabs. Inland giants that hunt arctic mammoths use the tusks and large bones to make the frame of their houses, and will incorporate a lot of stone into their buildings, sometimes making the entire walls out of stone. The more advanced giant tribes primarily make their houses entirely out of stone, whale bone, mammoth tusks, and imported wood. These buildings often can reach huge sizes, even compared to the giants that built them.
TechnologyGiants are generally very slow to adapt to new technology, and mostly just ignore it all together. What technology the giants have adopted are mostly new metalworking techniques, with giants learning how to make steel from the modern humans to the south in around -1500. The giants have more recently adopted durnium which they use to make armour. Giants have proven to be very capable metal smiths, and some of the strongest weapons and armour have been forged by giants. Some giant tribes, mostly in more mountainous regions have adopted agriculture to compensate for the lack of sustainable prey in the regions they inhabit. These giant tribes have been able to set up permanent settlements and expand their population with their agriculture, even going so far as to form several kingdoms which existed in the past.
DomesticationThe giants of Arctus and northern Shigir are famous for taming saberwolves, massive sabertoothed wolves. Mammoths use saberwolves to help herd prey, as guard dogs, to hunt smaller animals, and to fight wars. Giant have also been able to tame some other animals, such as the arctic mammoths and arctic rhinos, which the giant kingdoms in the mountains keep as livestock. Some giant have been able to tame dragons, and in the rare occasion where this works they serve as symbols of power and glory for the giant that tamed it, and also help with hunting and war.
