Bloodfangs are carnivores that prey on large jungle animals like rhinos and elephants. They ambush their prey by hiding or sneaking up on them, and then pouncing on them and using biting it's neck, killing it with it's huge canine teeth. A well placed bite from a bloodfang is enough to kill an large animal like an elephants in a matter of seconds.Relationship with Humans
Humanity has always feared the mighty bloodfang, it is massive, powerful, and a master of stealth, making them hard to fight against. Killing a bloodfang has always been seen as a glorious achievement by the people western of Cocar and Tamal, due to the great difficulty in killing them. Some time during the age of the Shorian Empire, the Shorians started capturing bloodfangs so they could have them fight in their colosseums against their strongest gladiators and other animals like woroks and dire bears. Most battles with woroks ended with the worok killing the bloodfang, and most battles with dire bears ended up with them being killed by the bloodfang.Remove these ads. Join the Worldbuilders Guild
