White Dragonborn Military Commander He/him/his Devotion: None A stern and scarred white dragonborn, in heavily worn white-paint plate armour. Captain Brougha supposedly brought him (and ten soldiers) on board to appease pressure from the military to be involved in the Skyship project. Whilst largely staying out the way, Grayling and Brougha have had a number of stand-offs as to precisely who is giving the orders, to which the Admirality have clarified: Captain Brougha is giving the orders.
