First Mate
A Watchful Eye: In each shipboard Skill Challenge you may re-roll one roll any player makes.
Everything In Its Right Place: When rolling initiative, you may swap the initiatives of any two player party members
Captain
You're the Captain.
Captain's Orders: Whenever a player spends an action point, choose a target enemy, which suffers -2 to Defences until the end of that player's next turn.
Navigator
Fair Winds and Detailed Charts: Once per Voyage, you may double the distance you can cover during the daylight hours.
Lay of the Land: As a Daily power, after rolling initiative, you may move d4+1 allies/you up to their speed before the first round starts.
Bosun
Whatever You Can Salvage: Once per Voyage, out of combat, you may double the ship's remaining hit points, up to the ship's maximum hit points.
Look what I have in my pocket: As a daily power, no action, acquire any* consumable item of your level or lower. If this item is not used before this power recharges, it is lost.
Chief Engineer (Artificer Only)
Cook
Nose to Tail Eating: Whenever you source supplies in the wild, add an extra d6 supplies. Additionally the crew always gains +2 to any Morale or Loyalty checks they might have to make.
An Army Marches on it's Stomach: As a Daily power, as part of a short rest, serve a prepared meal to recover d4+1 healing surges split between the party
Chaplain
Moonlight Vigil: Once per Voyage, the ship may travel the full overnight distance without the crew suffering exhausation or foregoing a long rest.

Surveyor
It's Called a Telescope and it's Extremely Delicate, Please Don't Touch: Once per Voyage, reveal the terrain of surrounding hexes, and the major features within.
I Have the High Ground: As a Daily power, against an enemy who has not surprised you, choose your field of battle and gain a surprise round.
Chronicler
Every Vital Detail: Whenever you complete an Expedition and write the report, the ship gains an additional commendation. Additionally, once per Voyage you and the crew may attempt a skill challenge to reveal the nearest unrevealed Story location. (Difficulty dependent on the location in question).
A Tale The Bards Will Tell: Each time the party reaches a Milestone, in addition to gaining an Action Point, all party members gain +1 to all Skill Checks and Attack Rolls. This effect stacks.
