Overlord of Ember Hollow. Responsible for that country's recent switch to the Council of Evil. Got her start in Prazigal, but decided that she preferred an icy wasteland to a volcanic one. While general public opinion of Ember Hollow is still quite strongly against their sworn enemies, she tolerates them quite well.
