People in this world rarely give their children attribute names as it can be rather limiting to their careers. For example, someone named "Honor" would be expected to be a hero, and someone named "Ordinary" would never be expected to amount to anything. This is the principle that allowed the infamous villain Honor Jenkins to get away with a murder spree.

The Cult of No Zeminek is led by the infamous Deplorable Swans, a Gnome. Neither of those facts in themselves are why he is notorious, and in fact the first part is a relatively unknown part of his career.
No, Deplorable Swans is notorious for his leadership skills. Why? Because he is very good at it, and everything he leads goes to great success. Unfortunately, he tends to go for rather unusual causes. The Cult is in fact one of the calmer options, and certainly one that is of more use to society than his society of rebellious monkey tamers.
He is rather old in human years and also in gnome years, and yet through a series of unusual events barely looks middle aged. It's mainly the beard that accomplishes that, and even so it still makes him look rather patchy instead of distinguished and dignified.
But people still listen to him regardless. Marketing guilds the world over have drooled over the effectiveness of this gentleman's inspirational speeches. He could have been a truly epic salesman, and yet he chose to put his effort into leader seditious groups. A perfectly normal, admirable life choice, except for the part where he keeps picking utterly useless movements, and that he keeps winning, then moving on and leaving everything in chaos.
