Clan Stormguard

Clan Stormguard was noted for the honorable tradition of electrocution, but they were also noted for never letting their enemies escape. Not that it was a matter of honor or something like that, they were just too stubborn to let go. Some men had thought they got away, and years later when they were old and gray would get zapped in their rocking chairs because the Stormguard they offended finally found them. Nobody liked Stormguard librarians.
