Outremer

Established in a holocaust of bolter fire and plasma flame during the Damocles Crusade, the realm of Outremer has been abandoned by the wider Imperium but endures under the wise leadership of Melisende, the spiritual guidance of Ghibbelin, and the military protection of Les Chevaliers d'Outremer. Isolated in unfriendly space, the masters of Outremer are pragmatic yet devoted to the God-Emperor, enjoying an uneasy peace with Xenos races rejecting the domination of the T'au Empire on the far side of the Damocles Gulf.
