Priests claim that life emerged long ago from the oceans of Ralla, the creation of the god under the sea, known to the commonfolk as Rallam Druug. Eventually, as punishment for the suffering he inflicted upon the beings of his world, Druug's fellow gods locked him in a prison, sealed inside the world from which he emerged.   Great armies and lords took hold of Ralla's lands and waters. The powerful Duchy of Savarra and Grand Republic of Westmoor are engaged in bitter colonial feuds throughout the southern continent of Efasa, while the united peoples of Eddai fight for their freedom.   The old order of the world is set to burst asunder. Violence plagues so many that old faiths are weakened, with new organisations gladly taking in the disillusioned for their radical causes. The once-great powers of the world weaken from within, attacked by factions such Isah Whyte's Labour Freedom Party or Eusi Dimos' Free Phyrgan Army.   Eddai weakens. Rebels plague even the greatest empires. Savarra and Westmoor are fit to engage in the greatest and bloodiest war ever seen. Rallam Druug has his greatest chance yet.
