A city home to the most exotic of folk, Tabaxi, Luxodon, Yuan-Ti and Genasi alike make up the majority of the population. Among it's sandstone structures and blistering heat - Tribunal is home to some of the most luxurious and varied mercantile goods to appear within Otharem. It is said that such organisations as the Assassin's and Thieve's guilds were born in this very city. Built at the highest point of the city resides the Temple of the Elements - from it, a council of genasi tribal leaders watch over and rule Tribunal.
