Oslaria "Behold the stars, for they gaze back at us. Who can guess their intent, for good or for ill?"

The World is broken. Arcana has been sundered. There is a wound in Reality, and it must be healed. Oslaria was born amidst the Chaos of the elements, soaked with the primordial essence of magic. Millenia ago, the gods discovered this world amongst the sea of stars, and settled their children here to grant the world Knowledge and Creation.   But no age of peace can ever truly last. The Knowledge the gods cherished was abused and corrupted, and a resulting inferno of power ripped a hole in the fabric of the multiverse that cleansed Oslaria of what learning it had gained.   And then it happened again.   And again.   And again.   And again.   And on and on and on...   As the centuries pass, the survivors and their descendants have tried to pick up the pieces, to regain that which they have lost, every time finding great success through the ages, only to have to start again at unpredictable moments. Only time will tell if they can succeed, and finally escape the threat of the Incursions, once and for all...
