Proteus KP are a private limited company with equity shares. There is a board of directors who appoint a CEO and COO.
The major shareholders are the Valane family (50% equity stake) and the Kroenen family (45% equity stake).

Sister Corporation

In 2445 Proteus KP set up Milan Industrial as a sister corporation. This corporation was reincorporated into Proteus in 2499.
