Structure

Leadership Positions and Branches of the Guild   Guild Master: Oversees the entire guild and has the final say on any major decisions that could affect the guild as a whole.   Treasurer: Manages the guilds finances making sure each member is payed for their services as well as taking the cuts from their pay that go directly into the guild fund.   Armorer: Runs the network of smiths, artificers, herbalists, potion makers, and rune-smiths that arms the guild with their weapons and armaments including all of the magic items that are tailored made for each guild member.   Movement: Manages guild member movement and assigns jobs based of off location and skill set required. Is also in charge of tracking down and dealing with any who fail and do not return along with deserters and traitors.   Recruitment: Runs the spy network used by the guild and uses it to gather information for any jobs taken by the guild as well as keeping an eye out for anyone who could have potential use for the guild either as a new contact/ resource or as a new member to be approached.

Culture

The Golden Tusks select potential new members from all walks of life as long as they believe that they can be useful to the guild. Once selected they approach the person and offer them their greatest desires to entice them into joining. If they accept the are put through rigorous mental and physical training making them apathetic to most and some of the most skilled trackers and killers in the world.   After their training is complete each member is given specialized equipment based upon their skill sets and then given a code name again based off of their skill set and the type of missions the guild will send them on. An example being a member being skilled in tracking and capturing targets alive will be given the code name Huntsman and given equipment such as a crossbow with several different types of restraining or non-lethal take down ammo and/or some form of animal or mechanical companion to help them.       Core Tenets:   1. The Guild Above All Else A member of the Golden Tusk will not betray the guild by giving up information and are expected to and trained to take themselves out of the equation should escape become impossible   2. Always Complete The Mission Whatever the task members of the Golden Tusk are expected to make its completion their top priority even at the cost of their own lives and those of other guild members

Assets

Large funds from several different sources all run through the Treasurer branch allowing them to pay off any officials who they need to turn a blind eye as well as pay for any necessary equipment orders from the Armorers Branch   An extensive spy network with members placed all over the world from the most opulent of nobles to the most wretched of sewers.   Safe houses placed all over the world to hide/house any and all members who need shelter as well as to pick up any equipment specific to any job. Each is run by a senior member of the guild who's become too old and/or frail to complete any jobs but is still seen as useful to the guild.   Several smiths, artificers, potion makers, rune-smiths, herbalists, and enchanters along with many other store fronts that act as the guilds suppliers of magic items and any other tools and armaments that may be needed.

History

The second oldest assassins guild in the World the Golden Tusks was started by its first guild master nearly 600 years ago with one goal and one goal only. To gain wealth and power for itself through any means necessary. Since then the Golden Tusks have grown into one of the most powerful assassin and bounty hunting organizations in the world selling their services to the elites of the world whether they be crime bosses or corrupt monarchs. Their price is always one of two options, either an exuberant amount of gold or secret information considered equal in value to the target.   What is not known to the world is who or what runs the guild. While the few in power who are actually aware of the guild itself believe it to be run just like any other assassins guild with an ever changing guild master the reality is far more sinister. In reality the guild master has not changed once since the guilds inception for its master discovered the method to create true undeath. Making them unable to be killed without the divine intervention of a god of death.
